If you’re looking for great shore dives, chartered dives, artificial reef dives, unique snorkelling or an easy access boat launch, Nanaimo has them all. Wolf eels, anemones, giant Pacific octopus, nudibranchs, sponges, harbour seals and Stellar sea lions are just the beginning, you won’t want to miss diving one or all three of the artificial reefs that make up Nanaimo’s underwater fleet. The Saskatchewan, BC’s most popular reef, is now teeming with marine life. The Cape Breton, sits perfectly upright with a bottom depth of 142 ft. and a top of 35 ft. Our newest addition is the RivTow Lion, a perfect novice wreck dive that sits at 70 ft.
