Browning Pass HideAway Resort is located in BC’s finest dive area, Browning Pass & Queen Charlotte Strait. Our comfy on-water cottages are minutes away from spectacular diving, with Browning Pass dives literally out our front door, and easy access to the Deserter Islands, Tremble Rock and Dillon Rock with our 3 dive boats! And this area is renowned for seeing orcas, dolphins, sea otters and humpback whales plus literally millions of sea birds!

We offer great hospitality & comfort, excellent diving & a knowledgeable crew led by John deBoeck, who has led dive trips to Browning Pass and Queen Charlotte Strait since 1980. For 2007, we are also offering live-aboard trip options, with overnight excursions possible to Seymour Inlet, the Deserter Islands and Dillon Rock/Bates Pass areas. From November to March we are also offering live-aboard trips in Nanaimo & the Gulf Islands!

Our comfy guest cottages have showers, washrooms and kitchens, plus comfy lounge areas with wood-fires. We have an extensive collection of resource and reference books and a wide array of DVDs and tapes of underwater documentaries shot over the years with us…

Our packages include: transport from/to Port Hardy, 3 great boat dives per day, comfy accommodations (all bedding is provided), and excellent home-style meals. We provide tanks, weights & air, plus we offer our canoes, kayaks and rowboats for your between-dive excursions. Nitrox & limited rental gear are available.
